The Summit Fitness Method ("we," "our") collects the personal information you provide through this website — such as your name, email address, and the information you submit in the coaching application (goals, training experience, schedule, health limitations you choose to share, and related details).
We use this information to review applications, communicate with you about coaching, deliver coaching services and client resources, and send emails related to The Summit Fitness Method. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Information is shared with service providers only as needed to operate the website and deliver services (for example, web hosting and email delivery).
We take reasonable measures to protect the information you provide, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. To request that we update or delete your information, email coach@summitmethodfitness.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
By using this website or purchasing a Summit Fitness Method program, you agree to these terms.
The Summit Fitness Method provides general fitness and nutrition coaching for educational and informational purposes only. It is not medical advice, and it is not a substitute for the advice of a physician or other healthcare provider. Wesley Harrell is not a physician, physical therapist, or registered dietitian.
Consult your physician before beginning this or any exercise or nutrition program, especially if you are pregnant, have a medical condition, take medication, or have a history of injury. Stop exercising and seek medical attention if you experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or other concerning symptoms.
Exercise carries inherent risk of injury. By participating in a Summit Fitness Method program, you acknowledge these risks and agree that your participation is voluntary and at your own risk. Individual results vary based on effort, consistency, genetics, and other factors; no specific results are guaranteed.
Each Summit Fitness Method program is a 12-week program, payable either in three monthly installments or in a single discounted pay-in-full payment.
If The Summit Fitness Method isn't the right fit, contact us within 7 days of your first payment — before your program materials have been substantially delivered — and we will issue a full refund of that payment, whether it was your first installment or a pay-in-full payment.
After the first 7 days: pay-in-full payments and installments already paid are non-refundable except where required by law. If you withdraw from a program before completing it, email coach@summitmethodfitness.com before your next installment date and remaining installments will be cancelled; Base Camp access ends with the period you've paid for.
Founding client pricing remains available for as long as your membership stays active; if your membership lapses, standard pricing applies to any re-enrollment.
To request a refund or ask a billing question, email coach@summitmethodfitness.com.
Summit Coaching clients will be asked to acknowledge a client agreement at enrollment covering the scope of coaching services, payment terms, cancellation, communication expectations, and assumption of risk. The agreement is provided by email with your acceptance materials.
