Questions before the climb

Straight answers to the questions people ask most before applying.

Beginners and everyday people who want to lose fat, build strength, and finally build habits that stick. If you've tried and quit before, you're exactly who this was built for. It's not designed for competitive athletes or advanced bodybuilders.

Yes. Prices are shown on the Programs page — every program offers monthly payments or a pay-in-full discount — but all coaching still starts with an application. This helps make sure the program fits your goal, schedule, experience level, and needs before you join.

Yes — that's the point. Every program starts with simple movements, clear video demos, written cues, and common mistakes to avoid. You'll never be handed an exercise without being shown exactly how to do it. Complete beginners are the core of this program.

You don't need a gym. Every program is available in a gym version or a home version — your application asks where you'll train and what equipment you have, and you'll receive the workout version that matches. The training philosophy, progression, and expected results stay the same on every path.

Every Summit Fitness Method program is designed as a 12-week transformation, and you can choose three monthly payments or pay in full and save. Many Summit Coaching clients continue past their first 12 weeks as their goals grow — but the program is built so 12 focused weeks produces real, visible change.

Foundations is training-focused. Foundations + Nutrition adds calorie and protein targets, a nutrition guide, grocery guide, and recipe book. Summit Coaching includes fully personalized nutrition that's adjusted as your body changes.

Wesley reviews every application personally. If it's a good fit, you'll get an email with a recommended program and next steps. Once you join, you receive your Base Camp login and your starting plan. If it's not a fit right now, you'll hear that honestly too.

Summit Coaching clients complete a short weekly check-in inside Base Camp — progress, habits, photos if you choose, and how the week actually went. Wesley reviews it and responds with feedback, adjustments, and your focus for the next week.

Base Camp is the private client portal. It holds your dashboard, today's workout, your full plan, the exercise library, progress and habit trackers, and your downloads. It's for accepted clients only — the public site is the trailhead; Base Camp is where the climb happens.

No — and you won't be allowed to. The Method uses a small, sustainable calorie deficit for fat loss (or a small surplus for muscle gain), built around protein and whole foods. If a plan can't survive a birthday dinner, it's not a plan.
